>> Stacey Dash was born in the Bronx, New York, on January
20, 1966. Stacy new that she wanted to act, from an early age. At
an early age Stacey began to act professionally. Regularly appearing
on The Cosby Show, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and also Saint Elsewhere.
At 22, she made her feature film debut in Moving. Playing Richard
Pryor's unwilling teenage daughter. Four years later she was in Mo
Money, with Damon Wayans.
In 1994, she starred with Mark Wahlberg in Renaissance Man. And she
also did the provacative erotic thriller Illegal In Blue. In 1995,
Stacey won the role of Dionne, in the classic comedy Clueless. Playing
Dionne brought the actress to fame. She went on to star in the UPN
sitcom, Clueless. Although the series didnt do to well, it laster
a good two years. During that time, she completed Oliver Stones Cold
Around the Heart, and also the independent film Personals. After leaving
Clueless in 1999, Stacey seems to be moving along nicely, she has
a new comedy due out in 2000, called 100 Girls. And surely more projects
in the future.
