Mini Biography:
>> Rebecca was raised in France and went to college in Suffolk,
England. She went to New York City where she studied acting at the
Lee Strasberg Institute. She would be hired as an actor at Zoetrope
Studios when Coppola was trying to bring the studio system back to
movies. Her film debut would be a bit part in One from the Heart (1982).
She would quickly gain notice when she worked with Tom Cruise in the
very successful Risky Business (1983), as call girl Lana. It would
be two years before her next picture, the lovely small Trip to Bountiful,
The (1985) would come out in 1985. Then her career would wander as
she appeared in the action adventure Runaway Train (1985); a remake
of Bardot's film And God Created Woman (1988); gun toting agent in
Feds (1988); and bomber pilot in By Dawn's Early Light (1990) (TV).
Her comeback would be as the knife wielding Flanders in Hand That
Rocks the Cradle, The (1992).
